• Your first and last name (for personalized communication).
• The stories, names, and personal details you voluntarily provide to personalize your song.
• Reaction videos you voluntarily upload.
• Usage data: page views, song plays, and interaction data for analytics.
• We do not store credit card or payment information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to create, deliver, and support your personalized song. Song lyrics are generated using OpenAI and compositions are produced using Kie.ai.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or story content to third parties for advertising purposes.

We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel for website analytics and ad performance measurement. These tools may collect anonymized browsing data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Supabase — Database and file storage
• OpenAI — Lyrics generation
• Kie.ai — Music production
• Brevo — Email delivery
• Netlify — Website hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

4. Marketing Emails & Unsubscribe

In addition to transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications, customer support), we may send promotional emails or newsletters if you have opted in or purchased our services.

Our marketing emails are sent using Brevo (Sendinblue). Every marketing email contains a clearly visible ”Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link. Unsubscribing is immediate and you will no longer receive promotional communications. You may still receive transactional emails related to your purchase (such as delivery or support).

5. Data Retention

We retain your order data (story, lyrics, song files) for as long as needed to provide the service and support revisions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal data.
