1. Service Description

SecretMelody provides custom AI-generated musical compositions based on user input. By purchasing, you understand that the product is a digital file (MP3) generated using Artificial Intelligence technology (OpenAI for lyrics, Kie.ai for music production).

2. Delivery

We aim to deliver all songs within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder. You can also track your order status on the listen page linked in your confirmation email.

3. Revisions

Each order includes up to 3 free revisions. You can edit lyrics directly, rewrite your story, or describe specific changes. Revised songs are delivered within 1 hour.

4. License & Usage

You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal use (listening, sharing with family/friends, social media posts). You may not resell the audio file itself on stock music platforms.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

6. Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

AI-generated songs are unique to each order. While we use AI tools to create your song, the output is personalized based on your story. You retain usage rights as described in Section 4.

8. Limitation of Liability

SecretMelody is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to your order should first be addressed to contact@secret-melody.com. We will work to resolve any issue within 30 days.
